HR/Payroll - $16.00-18.00 hr. - Mesquite

Main Duties (Non-Inclusive):

Entering time off requests into Kronos.

Reconciles timesheet entries for 500 associates in a production environment to ensure pay compliance each payroll cycle.

Enters new hires and processes terminations in HRIS systems.

Reports hours worked by agency employee on a weekly basis.

Responsible for processing hourly payroll for company associates weekly.

Sorts and hands out check packages to supervisors each week.

Assists with coordinating contingent workers' placement in specific production departments.

Issues time badges for new hires and replacement/lost badges as needed.

Assists HR team with department tasks as needed.

Produces specific Payroll and HR reports and other presentations by using Excel, Word and Power Point tools as requested.

Performs general clerical responsibilities such as filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, etc. 

General Requirements and Qualifications (Non-negotiable):

Minimum of 1 year of prior HR support experience required.

Minimum of 1 year of Kronos experience required.

Minimum of 1 year Payroll processing experience required.

Must possess strong attention to detail to produce quality work with minimal errors.

Intermediate to strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills and familiarity with Power Point

Intermediate knowledge of Excel and its functions.

Bilingual English-Spanish, writing, reading and verbal skills required.

Professional demeanor, ability to express self clearly, confidential, resourceful, tactful, etc.

General knowledge of HR practices helpful


Inventory Clerk – 1st Shift (Distribution Center)  Mesquite $15-$17 hr.

D.C. Shipping Clerk – 2nd Shift  $15.50 to start goes to $16.50 after hired.

Schedule: 3P-11:30P (Monday to Friday), if and when OT is required, it will be on Saturdays.

MAIN JOB DUTIES:

Responsible for entering information into ERP system (INFOR) to include but not limited to bill of lading forms, packing slips, etc.

Works with drivers, and shift leadership to make sure all packing information is readily available to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all shipped product that leaves our D.C.

Helps maintain organization of the warehouse by assisting with cleaning, organizing and cataloging items when instructed.

Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for manager as requested.

Makes sure all information is entered timely and accurately to avoid information discrepancies between D.C. and other departments.

Troubleshoots shipping issues and customer complaints that arise during shift and reports them to manager timely.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess strong computer skills.

Must have prior warehouse/inventory experience.

Logistics experience highly desirable.

Must be detail oriented and have multi-tasking skills.

Possess good analytical and problem solving skills.

Must be able to communicate in the English language at least at an intermediate level.

Bilingual skills highly desirable (English/Spanish).

Must demonstrate a professional demeanor, work as part of a team and possess a strong work ethic.

Scheduling Clerk  $16-$18 hourly DOE -Mesquite

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6A – 2:30P, overtime on Saturdays as required

JOB SUMMARY

This position is primarily responsible for providing clerical support in  scheduling department. Will also assist with the planning, scheduling, monitoring and control flow of material as instructed by management.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Will assist the Schedule/Inventory coordinator with the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of the production schedules,

Will assist in identifying scheduling conflicts, and will assist in correcting them accordingly in the system,

Will monitor that the plant has the proper materials on hand to meet production demands,

Will adjust the schedule as needed for production needs,

Fulfill other administrative or office duties as instructed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED required,

1+ years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment or related field required, to include experience with shipping/receiving procedures,

Moderate math skills to include addition/subtraction, percentages, and the ability to read and formulate Excel spreadsheets,

Excellent communication and organizational skills,

Detail oriented, proactivity and strong problem solving skills required,

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner,

Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project),

Good understanding of supply and demand practices,

Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at one time with intermittent interruptions.

Preferred Qualifications (not required):

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management highly desirable, but not required.

Bi-lingual English/Spanish.

Experience with ERP systems preferred, but not required

Bilingual Customer Service/Order Entry - Mesquite - $13.50-$14.50 hr.

Heavy customer interaction with clients via phone and/or emails regarding product price, availability of items, parts look up for units. Completes all paperwork associated with customer orders in a timely manner. Stays in constant communication with customer regarding their completed or open order status. Scanning and data entry of orders into system. Other duties as assigned. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role in HVAC manufacturing, or similar environment is required.

Project Administrator - Mesquite - $17.00 hr.

Manages projects through the various steps from start to completion.

Verifies order integrity for entry in computer. Prepares and distributes sales contracts and other correspondence with customer. Communicates internally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing to coordinate successful project completion. Answer customer questions regarding sales contract and resolve issues.

Need 1 -2 years of customer service in a manufacturing background.



Marketing Assistant - Mesquite - $17.00 hr. to start

Will assist the Marketing department with daily administrative tasks that include but are not limited to:
Creating/organizing presentations,
Conducting market research,
Assisting with compiling data for reports,
May assist in creating brochures,
Will provide support to manager with projects as required,
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required.Photoshop, Illustrator and Word Press proficiency a must.

Receptionist - Mesquite - $12.00 hr. start

Basic Computer Skills.  Phones, serve as "gate keeper" and floater  for management. Work Monday - Thursday 7am-5:30pm. 

Accounting Assistant - Dallas - $16.00 - $18.00 hr.

Must be able to work 8:00AM-5:00PM- Monday-Friday

Strong PC skills with all Office Products (including Excel)

Good with Databases

Able to organize and control paperwork flow

Excellent communicator (email, phone, face to face)

Ability to multi-task

Data Entry - Mesquite - $12.00 hr.

Monday through Thursday 7am-5:30pm

Inside Sales - Mesquite TX  Salary plus commission
